A New Class is in Session

With the PIAA moving into 6 classifications, a lot of teams moved around and some can't defend their District Classification Title cause they were too big. The only exception is Northwest who technically can repeat as District 2 2A Champions. With this one, it'll probably the one of the shorter posts but with that being said, here is the 6A Classification.

Scranton at Hazleton Area: The Cougars ace is Colin Stauffer, who has been excellent for Hazleton Area. The Cougars went on a three game winning to end the regular season and looked primed to take this game. However the Knights could give them a game. Jack Kelly is the ace of the Knights. He went 1-4 with a 2.12 ERA and recorded 21 strikeouts. For Hazleton Area, Livan Reinoso has been on a tear all season, hitting .622 with four doubles, a home run and nine RBIs.

Favorite to take the 6A title: West Scranton

Projected matchup in the District Final: West Scranton vs Delaware Valley
