Season at 25 Percent

Well, we are at the quarter mark of the 2017 season and came some surprises. Look at who is at the top of the AFC East right now, the Buffalo Bills at 3-1 are leading the AFC East by themselves. The Jets and Patriots are tied for second. I don't think anyone saw that coming at all. Now can the Patriots get on a roll and take another AFC East title? Oh most definitely, a team at 3-1 could very easily lose two straight and be 3-3 or a team at 2-2 could win 12 straight, it is very possible. Heck, some teams start off 5-0 or 6-0 and end up missing the playoffs because of a tough stretch. With all of that being said, here are how the Week 4 games went.

Saints 20 Dolphins 0
The Saints defense had one of their best performances in London. They registered four sacks and picked off a pass in the end zone to preserve the shutout. Drew Brees threw for 268 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. Dolphins wideout Davante Parker caught six passes for 69 yards.

Texans 57 Titans 14
The Texans had the most impressive victory as they blew out the Titans. Texans rookie QB Deshaun Watson threw for 253 yards and four touchdowns and also ran for another touchdown as well. Watson has looked impressive at the quarter mark of the season and they look like the team to beat in the AFC South. Titans QB Marcus Mariota ran for two touchdowns but was injured during the game.

Lions 14 Vikings 7
The Lions defense was impressive, forcing three turnovers and getting a key stop on fourth and goal to preserve the victory. Lions RB Ameer Abdullah rushed for 94 yards and the team's lone touchdown of the game. Defensive Linemen Anthony Zettel had two sacks and recovered a fumble. Vikings RB Dalvin Cook rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown but left the game and is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Steelers 26 Ravens 9
The Steelers dominated in a road victory over the Ravens. LeVeon Bell rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns and Ben Rothlisberger threw for 216 yards and a touchdown. Ravens QB Joe Flacco threw for 235 yards and a touchdown.  Despite losing to the Bears last week, I do believe the Steelers are the best team in the AFC North.

Bengals 31 Browns 7
Bengals QB Andy Dalton rebounded after a rough three games, throwing for 286 yards and four touchdowns to get their first win of the season over the Browns. Tyler Kroft had six catches for 68 yards and two touchdowns. Browns RB Duke Johnson had the Browns only touchdown.

Panthers 33 Patriots 30
Graham Gano hit a 48 yard field goal as time expired to give the Panthers a road victory over the defending Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots. Cam Newton threw for 316 yards and three touchdowns and also had a rushing touchdown. Devin Funchess had seven catches for 70 yards and two touchdowns. Tom Brady threw for 307 yards and two touchdowns for the Patriots.

Bills 23 Falcons 20
The Bills pulled another unexpected victory over the defending NFC Champion Atlanta Falcons. Tyrod Taylor threw for 182 yards and a touchdown to Jordan Matthews and Micah Hyde had two interceptions on defense to get the road victory. Devonta Freeman rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown for the Falcons.

Rams 35 Cowboys 30
Rams QB Jared Goff threw for 255 yards and a touchdown and Todd Gurley rushed for 121 yards as the Rams took the road victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Gurley also caught seven passes for 94 yards and a touchdown. Dak Prescott threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns and Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown for the Cowboys. The Rams looked really good in their victory. The Cowboys have alternated wins and losses over the first four games, they have to hope to get on a winning streak or the rest of the NFC East could catch up to them.

Jets 23 Jaguars 20 (OT)
Chandler Catanzaro hit a 41 yard field goal in overtime to get the Jets to 2-2 on the season. Bilal Powell rushed for 163 yards and a touchdown in the victory over Jacksonville. Blake Bortles threw for 140 yards and a touchdown to Leonard Fournette. The Jets are quite frankly surprising people cause people really believed they would go 0-16. The Jaguars are quite confusing, they go to London and beat down on the Ravens and then lose to the Jets.

Eagles 26 Chargers 24
The Eagles picked up a road victory over the Los Angeles Chargers to be in first place by themselves. Carson Wentz threw for 242 yards and a touchdown to Alshon Jeffrey. LeGarrette Blount rushed for 136 yards. The Chargers Philip Rivers threw for 347 yards and two touchdowns The Eagles finally played four quarters this week and could very well be the favorites in the NFC East for now.

Cardinals 18 49ers 15 (OT)
Carson Palmer went to Larry Fitzgerald for a 19 yard touchdown in overtime to give the Cardinals the victory in overtime. Teams traded field goal throughout the game as the game went to overtime, the 49ers did score first on a field goal but the Cardinals would score a touchdown to get the win. The 49ers Carlos Hyde rushed for 68 yards in the loss.

Broncos 16 Raiders 10
The Denver defense did great in a home victory over division rival Oakland. Trevor Siemian threw for 179 yards and a touchdown. CJ Anderson ran for 95 yards. Derek Carr threw for 143 yards and a touchdown. Carr also left the game with an injury. This could spell trouble for Oakland as they can't afford to lose Carr for a good amount of time.
