After Crestwood's victory over Meyers on Friday night, The Comets hosted the Hanover Area Hawkeyes off their first victory of the season over Forest City. Crestwood started off, leading 6-0 early in the game and never looked back. Crestwood lead 15-8 after 1 and shutout the Hawkeyes in the second quarter and led 32-8 at halftime. The third quarter would be the best quarter for the Hawkeyes as they out scored the Comets 16-11 but trailed 43-24. Crestwood would take their second consecutive victory 61-36. Crestwood's scoring was led by Mendell Foreman's 11 and Tim McCue's 10, in all Crestwood had 11 players hit the scoresheet. Hanover Area's leading scorer was Nick Minich who had 11 including an amazing dunk in the 3rd qtr. Tyler Diggs had 9 and Desmond McCance recorded 8.
